Susanne Schelde-Mollerup Funder joined LB Forsikring as Chief HR Officer in February 2019. She held a similar position at PwC Denmark before joining the Company. LB Forsikring is a membership owned company founded in 1880 and is the 3rd largest insurance company in the Danish market offering insurance to unique target groups e.g. teachers, nurses and doctors.

Susanne has worked extensively with especially talent management and diversity the past 8 years as CHRO of PwC Denmark and was a part in the founding of Danish Diversity Council comprising some of Denmark’s leading companies. The council’s purpose is to make Diversity a key business driver and to develop the next generation of female leaders.

Prior to becoming the CHRO of PwC she was an Audit Partner advising a variety of top companies in Denmark and the US during her 3 year secondment to PwC San Francisco.
