Sergio joined Salesforce as Financial Services Industry Director in 2017 to help financial institutions transform the way they interact with their customers. He works directly with insurance carriers and partners in EMEA to reimagine the insurance business by focusing on the customer wellbeing, moving from protection to prevention, and increasing the insurer relevance by multiplying the number of meaningful touchpoints. Prior to joining Salesforce, Sergio has worked technology and leadership roles at Information Builders, Microsoft and Telefonica.

Sergio has 25 years of experience leading innovation and delivering business value to banks and insurers, holds a  M.S. degree in telecommunications engineering and enjoys racket sports and reading.
