Sarah Mantle-Gray is Director of Operational Excellence for RSA across the UK & International region.  Sarah has responsibility for end to end operational effectiveness, robotics and digital, and is accountable for driving agile and disruptive business change models across the organisation.  Previously Sarah has held a number of transformation leadership roles across RSA, and most recently led the transformation of the Claims function in the UK.

Sarah has a first class honours degree in English Literature & Spanish, and she graduated from the ABI Future Leaders programme in 2017.  She has also been shortlisted for the Insurance Leader of the Year award at the 2018 Women in Finance Awards.
