Sara Phillips is an investment professional with experience spanning investment banking, venture and private equity investing, and corporate strategy. She has carved a career niche building successful strategic investment practices within large corporations and has deep expertise in the fintech and insurtech spaces. She currently leads Strategic Partnerships & Investments for Great American’s Property and Casualty business. Prior, she worked at Fifth Third Bank as a Private Equity Principal, then expanded responsibilities to include Acquisitions & Strategic Investments. Prior to relocating to Cincinnati, she spent over a decade building her career between New York and Los Angeles. She received an undergraduate degree in Economics and Psychology from Amherst College and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. She is a Colorado native who loves being active and spending time outside with her rambunctious six-year-old son.
