Roy is currently advising a handful of businesses across the insurtech, data, digital and AI landscape.

Roy joined esure Group in 2019 as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. Roy was accountable for developing esure Group’s strategy, working to integrate the digital transformation programmes; critical to delivering better outcomes for esure customers and purpose of Fixing Insurance for Good.  He completed his work at esure in Sept 2023.

Roy joined esure Group having led Accenture’s UK and Ireland Insurance strategy practice and was one of the key architects of Accenture’s cross-sector innovation, transformation, and digital agenda. He has extensive experience working with financial service companies to drive new customer propositions, develop new IT platforms and manage their path to digital transformation.

Education

Roy holds a BASc in Finance, Accounting and Economics from Fordham University. Roy is originally from the US, lives just outside London with his family.
