Roy-André has worked within insurance the last five years, and was appointed Head of SpareBank 1 Insurance’s Special Investigation Unit in 2018. Prior to this he was part of their Strategic Procurement Team where he led several strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and cost efficiency within different supplier categories. His experience also includes projects within process improvement, LEAN and regulatory compliance. Roy-André holds a Masters degree in Law.
