Roman has a background in global insurance and reinsurance stretching over more than two decades. In his current role, he is responsible ​for the development, the distribution and the underwriting of Munich Re’s innovative (re)insurances of performance guarantees in the areas of green technologies, AI-based software solutions, as well as of crypto finance related technologies.​
