Until mid 2017 Rob was Claims Director at Ageas having been in this role for 13 years. In his time with Ageas he has served on the Ageas Insurance Ltd Board, the Management Committees of Ageas UK and its subsidiaries, the Management Board of Ageas Law LLB, the Ageas Law Ethics Committee and the Supervisory Board of the Insurance Fraud Bureau. He has been an insurer representative on the I Love Claims Motor and Home Advisory Boards since their inception and is a regular presenter at market conferences in the UK and beyond.

As Transformation Director, Rob is part of a small team tasked with the transformation of the Ageas UK activities. Specifically my role is to further develop the operating model I devised whilst claims director and help implement it across the organisation. The model, known as the Ageas Way, applies a systemic approach to redesigning all aspects of the organisation from its structure through it’s MI, leadership to it’s processes.
