Rob leads the MORE TH>N business within the RSA Group. With nearly two decades of finance experience, including previous roles at Barclays, KPMG and Nationwide, Rob has enjoyed a number of key positions at RSA, including Director of Intermediated Retail, National Broker and Marketing. Prior to that he spent much of his early career in the IT and Change space, where he retains a keen interest.

Rob is originally from London, but now lives in West Sussex. In his spare time between work and family, Rob tries to keep up his running in spite of the inevitable implications of age and a busy family diary!
