Rikke worked her entire career in the hub of Leadership, Technology and Entrepreneurship. She started her career in financial investment management software and worked 11 years in SimCorp. Later on founded Hoosh Technologies, an Online Competitive Intelligence company for search marketing. Rikke worked for Silicon Valley based Accelerator Blackbox with mentoring international startups and help entrepreneurs tap into Silicon Valley and accelerate their businesses. Rikke started her Google Career helping US based banks and insurance companies grow their business through digital channels out of San Francisco and lately she joined as Industry Manager for Finance in Google Copenhagen.

Rikke graduated with a Master in Digital Communication from the University of Aalborg in Denmark and later on added an EMBA from University of Lugano in Switzerland
