Rick Kahlbaugh is the Chairman, President, and CEO at Fortegra. In 2003, he joined the company as COO and was promoted to his current leadership role four years later. Since then, he has led Fortegra through an IPO process, expanded internationally, and grown the organization to $1.6 billion in gross annual sales and $2.2 billion in total assets. Prior to Fortegra, Rick served as President and CEO of Volvo’s Global Insurance Group. A graduate of the University of Delaware, he also holds a J.D. from Delaware Law School.
