Rangarajan Srinivasan (Ranga) is the Head of Insurance Solutions for HCLTech. Based out of New York, Ranga is actively involved in creating and guiding clients in their transformation journeys focusing on Distribution, New business, Underwriting, Servicing, Loss control and Claims. Ranga drives HCLTech’s insurance propositions by coordinating across technology practices and partner ecosystem. 

Ranga comes with 30 years of experience across the entire Insurance spectrum –  technology service delivery as well as being a CIO for an Insurance TPA. He has diverse experience across Insurance covering Life and Annuities, Property and Casualty and Reinsurance.  Ranga has experience modernizing legacy ecosystems to focus on improving time-to-market, expense reduction, improving STP and stakeholder experiences. 

While there are multiple technology levers from traditional levers to Gen AI solutions, Ranga focuses on specific business outcome impact while developing a reimagined view of business processes.
