Leading 370 employees and managing business which catering to Corporate and Retail Markets, in Java and Bali as President Director for PT Zurich Insurance Indonesia, General Insurance.

Prior to joining Zurich, served as SVP Head of Consumer Insurance in AIG Indonesia, turning around the business that had been shrinking for 3 years.

Responsible for maximizing customer value across AIG Consumer businesses worldwide (Life, Accident & Health, Personal Lines, Consumer Finance, Retail Banking), worked with over 120 AIG operations as Consumer Office of the Customer (OOC) and held this position until 2011.

Started his insurance career in AIG as Production Underwriter in 86’-88. He held several notable positions later as Regional Manager during 88-92, Profit Center Manager 92-97, VP of Strategic Accounts 02-03.

Graduated from Columbia University, New York, with BA in Economic and Philosophy.
