Philippe is senior insurance executive with a master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and IMD, who started his career as a BCG Principal. Before joining a corporate career within first Zurich and then AXA Insurance, he founded the first digital insurance broker in Switzerland which he sold after just 2.5 years.

He is recognized in the market for his passion to challenge the status quo, simplify the customer experience with the use of digital solutions and working across boundaries within organizations bringing together product factories, distribution, IT and operations.

Currently he leads Direct Sales, B2C front-end applications & advisory tools as well as the Distribution Strategy & Transformation teams.
