Phil loves insurance and fantastic customer experiences and what better way to combine his passions than by helping lead a technology company that delivers SME’s protection on two continents.  Phil has been part of the management team at Simply Business for 5 years where he has looked after pricing, strategy and operations prior to taking his current role as Managing Director – MGA.  Before joining Simply Business Phil spent 10 years in roles throughout the insurance value chain from broking to banking, insurance company to aggregation.

Outside of Simply Business, Phil is Non-Execuitve Director of the Society of Underwriting Professionals, he is an ACII and Chartered Insurer, holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Maths from the University of Bath.
