Peter Randall Chartered FSI is a senior advisor to MWRInfosecurity with a special focus on Financial Services.

He works with various PE firms and other investors to explore ownership and control opportunities in the European trading platform industry. He is also involved with various Fin-Tech initiatives. He contributes to the HMG Foresight Project. He maintains a strong conference and seminar presence and chairs a number of industry events. CEO with significant trading platform and electronic trading experience. As CEO of Chi-X Europe Ltd, he led the company from 2005 until 2009 which co-incided with its growth from an unknown platform to be one of the top 5 platforms in Europe by volumes traded. Subsequently, as CEO of Equiduct, he restuctured the business, and turned it into the fastest growing platform in Europe in 2012. Prior to these assignments he was COO at Instinet Europe Ltd, and Executive Director of FIX Protocol Ltd.

He is a NED at the Social Stock Exchange, and was educated at the LSE and the University of Oxford.
