Paula has worked within the Financial Services industry for over 25 years leading a broad range of business units and functions, including large scale transformational change programmes.
Her role provides a unique opportunity to create a vision for Aviva’s UK Customer Operations team, built around the current and future needs of the customer, for the UK’s largest insurer.
