Paola Scarabotto is a fully qualified actuary, coordinator of the New Technologies and AI commission of the Italian Actuarial Association (Order of Actuaries), member of the Advance Committee of the International Actuarial Association (IAA), with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Risk Management, Customer Analytics, IoT & Big Data, Certified Data Quality Processes, Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Currently in Groupama Assicurazioni, she is Head of Customer Intelligence and Data Analysis after other roles. She initiated the Solvency II, ERM and Data Quality processes as Head of Risk Management, before becoming Head of Business Intelligence & Product Engineering with a particular focus on the overall analytical processes of Big Data and Telematics. In this role, she worked on developing new strategies and data processes to improve Customer Analytics with and without Artificial Intelligence.

Prior to Groupama Assicurazioni, he worked as a lecturer in Project management courses and as a consultant in IT research before managing advanced analytics platform projects, to analyze customer behavior for Telco companies, Financial risk of commodity portfolios for a company energy.
