Osman is responsible for developing Synectics’ data science and predictive modelling portfolio and is a fundamental driver for the development of Precision; a suite of predictive analytics services that enable businesses to significantly improve their ability to identify and prioritise fraud as well as improve the customer experience.

Osman has worked with a range of financial institutions including Tier 1 banks, leading insurers and retailers to help them combat specific fraud challenges and threats through industry collaboration and effective use of technology.
