Ola have a PhD in theoretical physics and have performed and lead research in biomechanics, human factors, robotics and real life safety since 1995 when he was employed by Autoliv. In 2018 he went with the spin-off Veoneer. Ola was honored with the US Government Award for Safety Engineering Excellence 2017, he is currently Vice President Research.
