Nick has worked in Insurance for over 28 years, starting as a graduate training with AXA. Through various roles, Nick has always had a drive to improve customer outcomes stemming from his early grounding in claims. He has led strategy for the UK business, held Group roles driving growth initiatives across the globe and led transformation programmes.
In 2022, Nick joined Aviva to lead Customer Strategy and support the development of new offers, leveraging the composite insurance model. These new customer experience-based propositions are an exciting new adventure harnessing a drive to make insurance for more easy, convenient, and rewarding for customers.
