Nick has over 20 years’ experience in the customer communications industry having previously worked for large BPOs driving their strategic account growth across various sectors and delivering key business change and transformation initiatives. He is a member of the Smart Communications sales team and leads efforts for the SmartComm for Salesforce platform and Vlocity partnership across EMEA whilst also working closely with other strategic partners.
