A data analyst for more than 20 years, Mike has spent his career standing between IT and the business, helping them understand one another’s needs and challenges. In 2019, he became Shelter Insurance’s first Director of Data Strategy and Business Analytics. His current mission is to guide Shelter’s transformation into a modern, data-driven organization through the careful use of new tools, processes, and training.
