Michael has worked in insurance since 1987 and has a proven track record of implementing large scale change initiatives and building high performing teams. Working across all facets of Insurance including Pricing & Underwriting, Claims Management through to Retail Sales.

Michael worked at RAA as Senior Underwriting Manager for 11 years before becoming Group Product and Pricing Manager, where he was responsible for the company’s road service and insurance products and pricing. While in that role he developed and implemented a clear vision for the group’s pricing, product and promotion strategies.

In 2014 Michael moved to the UK become RDT’s Group Product Owner. The role involves overseeing the selection and prioritisation of the development of RDT’s product suite, and developing product roadmaps in line with strategic objectives. In 2016 he took on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer in order to lead the restructuring of RDT to align with the rapidly changing needs of the insurance industry.
