Matthew Thomas joined Ageas in 2002 and has been responsible for developing the strategy that has resulted in Ageas evolving into a multi-channel Non-Life and Life business in the UK. Matthew has led the acquisitions that have supported the acceleration of Ageas’s growth in the UK as well as other major developments that has seen Ageas deliver strong growth and a number of industry, client and customer accolades. Matthew continues to focus on the development of Ageas’s insurance activities in the UK.

Matthew has over 20 years experience in the Insurance industry and prior to joining Ageas, held a number of strategy and change management positions at AXA Insurance and AA Insurance Services.
