Martin Milliner

Managing Director of Claims, Direct Line Group

Martin joined the Group as MD of Claims in October 2024. Martin has over 30 years of insurance experience and expertise. He started his career at a Lloyds Syndicate and most recently was the Claims Director at Allianz Personal, prior to that he was Claims Director at LV, delivering award winning customer outcomes. Martin has sat on the various industry boards including Thatcham and was a founding director of the Insurance Fraud Bureau. He has been involved in many industry leading activities such as the creation of the original Credit Hire GTA and has campaigned on many issues including Flood Resilience and Whiplash Claims Reform. Martin lives in South London and has 3 children and a number of pets to keep him busy!
