Mart is leading Black’s team in its quest to build an insurance carrier that bridges capital and underwriting with less friction than ever. An avid technology evangelist for close to 20 years, Mart has promoted Estonian e-government solutions and hosted technology radio shows. Mart holds an MSc in Business Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
