Co-founder of Sollers Consulting, Marcin Pluta oversees the company’s development and manages the IT team. He has over 20 years of experience in IT implementation for the insurance industry, including building and organizing IT teams. He has led various projects related to system design and implementation, IT architecture, and quality maintenance of large insurance and telecommunication companies in Europe.

Marcin holds an MSc in Information Technology and Telecommunications, and is a graduate of the Franco-Polish School of New Information and Communication Technologies (Poznan), the National Institute of Telecommunications in Paris and the Warsaw University of Technology.
