Kokke van der Werf is the Managing Director of Sparklab, the Nationale-Nederlanden innovation lab. She set up this innovation lab for Nationale-Nederlanden Non-Life in 2015 and the company now has seven Sparklabs across Europe and Asia. Before Kokke ventured into the world of innovation, she had jobs in Strategy and Operations, in her view the best profession there is. Remarkably, she held these positions while also completing her Public Administration degree at the University of Groningen, specialising in International Relations.
