Kevin Horwitz is the Vice President, Innovation Management and Policy Development for RLI Insurance Company. In that role, he is responsible for identifying, evaluating and supporting innovation and Insurtech opportunities as well as oversight of the development of RLI’s insurance policies from inception to sale. Horwitz joined RLI in 2010 and served as VP, Claim from 2015 to 2020. Kevin has been in the insurance and legal fields for over 20 years and has a Law Degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
