Prior to founding The Progress Partnership in 2013 she gained over 20 years’ experience in financial services as a broker, underwriter & was most latterly COO of the Global Power Specialty at Aon.

This strong business background blends with the most up to date research to deliver a unique perspective, resulting in highly practical and relevant solutions that drive lasting, positive results.

A passionate advocate for diversity of thought & increased inclusion, Katherine founded The Insurance Breakfast Club in 2019, speaks regularly at industry events & is a trustee of Dress for Success, a charity helping women return to the work place.
