Mr. Gress is Chief Operating Officer of Vantage Insurance. Vantage a class of 2020 start up is focused on Specialty Lines Insurance and Reinsurance. Justin is responsible for all aspects of Operations including Underwriting, Claims, Distribution, UW Governance, and Strategic Initiatives. Justin was previously VP of Strategic Initiatives at Vantage, joining in January 2021. Prior to Vantage, Justin held a number of senior roles at AXA XL including Americas Business Transformation Leader, Americas Director of Strategic Operations, COO of AXA XL Construction, and COO of AXA XL Canada. He previously led Specialty Lines Operations at CNA Insurance and started his career completing General Electric’s Insurance Leadership Development Program. In 2018, Justin won the Business Insurance Magazine Break Out Award and is a proud graduate of Northern Illinois University.
