Jurgen is leading the Sparklab,  Nationale-Nederlanden Non-life’s proven concept machine and innovation lab in the Netherlands. He is responsible for driving new business model innovations in the non-life insurance market in the Netherlands and Managing the innovation portfolio and partnerships related to the innovation strategy across the non-life business unit.
