Juan Cazcarra has 18 years of experience in insurance industry covering different activities (from distribution to strategy) in 4 countries: Spain, France, Serbia and Indonesia.

Joined AXA General Insurance Indonesia 2 years ago where he has been in charge of several areas: Finance, Strategy, Risk Management, Operations and Claims. Under his leadership, the company has launched a transformation program, focused on Efficiency and Service Excellence, leveraging on sales and claims digital tools, enhanced processes / governance and an ambitious RPA program.

Juan Cazcarra holds an MBA from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) and a Law degree from the University of Zaragoza.
