Jonathan is an experienced operations leader with more than 21 years in the (re)insurance industry. He is currently the SVP, Enterprise Projects at Arch Capital Services where he focuses on driving the adoption of analytics and automation across Arch’s underwriting units. Prior to Arch, Jonathan was a management consultant at KPMG where he helped his insurance clients to develop strategy and execute transformation across the value chain by designing and implementing operating models, optimizing processes, establishing shared service strategy, and by adopting emerging technologies (e.g. data and analytics, automation, and low/no code). Jonathan began his career as a reinsurance broker with Guy Carpenter.
