 John has a passion for strong technical design principles and the application of digitally enabled technology to disrupt and enhance business processes. This is currently his key strategic focus for the business, to ensure that First Central Group is challenging the norm and leading in an ever-evolving insurance marketplace.

 First Central Group’s motor insurance broker, 1^ST CENTRAL, launched in the UK market in 2008 and has successfully built a customer base of around 450,000, with over three million policies sold in less than 10 years.
