Jim Streicher serves as Vice President of Personal Lines Operations for The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, one of the top 25 property casualty groups in the United States based on net written premium. His primary responsibilities include managing the technology that Cincinnati Insurance uses to deliver high-quality personal lines products and services to its independent agents and policyholders. In recent years, Jim helped lead the implementation of innovative solutions to improve pricing sophistication, underwriting accuracy and ease of doing business. He joined Cincinnati in 1995 following service as a naval supply officer in the United States Navy. Jim is an executive mentor with Xavier University, and the Global Insurance Accelerator, an organization designed to foster innovation in the insurance industry.
