Jennifer is a member of PA’s Insurance Leadership Team and an expert in designing and delivering strategic business change. For over 15 years, she has worked with executive leadership and boards of directors of major Financial Services organisations to deliver global transformations, including developing operating and organisational models for global insurance companies. Throughout her career, Jennifer has helped the world’s biggest Financial Services organisations succeed during their most challenging times whether navigating financial recessions, cost reduction pressures, or the complexities of a post-Brexit and post-COVID reality.
