Hélène Stanway is Digital Leader at AXA XL. She leads the company’s Digital team, an innovation practice within its Global Technology function dedicated to improving processes and capabilities by leveraging emerging technologies. She is responsible for shaping an internal culture that values innovation, and where trialling new technologies in various levels of maturity and partnering with start-ups is encouraged. Prior to this role, Hélène Stanway led XL Catlin’s Operations function for Global Specialty.
