Having been in Allianz for over 20 years, Helen has moved around a number of functions, through contact centres, claims, change management, trading and a variety of operations roles.

This left her uniquely placed when Allianz established a Protection and Resilience Function, (where all key fuctions that support our Resilience and Protect our employees and customer are brought together) to lead a step change in the approach of Business Continuty, Incident and Crisis Management for Allianz.

It was this strong foundation that we used to drive our approach to Operational Resilience as an organisation.

Outside of work Helen is a keen runner, and a mum of three boys!
