Personal Bio:

Hi..!  My name is Helen, I live in Glasgow with my husband, our two sons and our two cats.  You will mostly find me working from the Aviva office in Perth, which is home to my awesome colleagues who show up every day to help Aviva customers in their time of need.

I started as a claims handler many moons ago and have worked my way through a few different roles, still within claims, to do the job I love today.  My official title is Innovation & Change Lead, specialising in Property Claims today although I have worked in Casualty and Motor Claims too.

Work Bio:

I lead people and change to improve customer and financial outcomes within the claim’s arena of General Insurance.

This includes:

• designing the technological roadmap, delivering value to meet Aviva ambitions
• identifying budget requirements, providing benefit analysis and change execution
