Hanne has worked within financial market regulation for the past 20 years. She was appointed Group Chief Compliance Officer in Gjensidige in 2016. Prior to this she held several positions as compliance officer covering different areas and subsidiaries since she joined the group in  2010. Her experience includes implementing Solvency II in the organization and she also led the team that performed the validation of the internal model. She has been the Data Protection Officer in Gjensidige Forsikring for several years. Previously Hanne worked in the Norwegian FSA.
