Grzegorz Podleśny is a Partner at Sollers Consulting, responsible for the strategy on the PL and UK markets. In his 15 years with the company, Grzegorz has gathered in-depth experience in program management and has become an expert in helping insurers achieve best possible business value from their implementations. He has first-hand knowledge of opportunities and challenges of the sector’s digitalisation process and is focused on bringing value to the customers first. Among those are Allianz, Aviva, LV=, PZU, Beazley, Admiral and many other UK and global insurers.

Grzegorz holds diplomas from the Warsaw School of Economics, University of West Scotland in Glasgow and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School (University of Navarra). He is an expert in agile project management, business transformations and core systems in the insurance industry.
