Grace Hanson is the new Chief Claims Officer at Hippo Insurance. Grace has deep experience as a C-suite executive with start-up Insurance/InsurTech companies. Prior to Hippo, Grace was the SVP Chief Claims Officer of Homesite Insurance, where she built out a claims organization that was at the forefront of using emerging technology.  Prior to Homesite, Grace was the SVP Global Chief Claims Officer at Allied World Assurance Company in Bermuda. Before entering the insurance space, Grace practiced law as a commercial litigator. She has a JD, cum laude, from Tulane University; an MBA from Northeastern University, and a CPCU designation.
