Gayathri joined LV= in 2017 and leads digital product innovations. Gayathri has created customer centric experiences and delivered digital centric engagement models working across the organization. She has played a key role in setting the strategic direction and implementation of digital propositions to provide competitive advantage and sustained growth. Gayathri has a passion for innovation, and this drives her to innovate around products and experiences for customers.

Prior to working at LV=, Gayathri was the Global Head of Digital – Mobile at Aviva where she created and implemented digital propositions delivered through the mobile platform. She has also held senior positions at Sky and Nokia in the UK previously. Gayathri holds a first degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford.
