Floris van der Kolk is what you might call a legacy migration veteran, having worked over 20 years in IT strategy and digital transformation. Starting his career as a consultant and manager Media and Telecom, he brings a fresh cross-industry perspective to the table and has a keen eye for innovation. Floris joined Keylane in 2011 and is responsible for driving Keylane’s  business further in the Nordics, Benelux and the DACH region. In his role he advises leaders in the insurance industry on how to achieve better business outcomes using the Axon core insurance platform.
