He is a senior engineer (Spanish Polytechnic Madrid and French ENSTA ParisTech) with management experience in Automotive and Financial industry in an international environment. Passionate about people and technologies, his career has been focused on process innovation and transformation programs management. He has also held executive management positions in Procurement and Organization since he joined AXA in 2008.

Fernando is member of international transversal teams on Fraud, Claims Data and Robotics and Automation. He is also speaker specialist on Fraud, guest by the Insurers Association of Spain (ICEA).
