Faisal Nasution joined Manulife Indonesia in 2012 as SVP and Head Strategic Initiatives & Project Management Office where he was responsible for the roles corporate strategic planning and the execution of key strategic projects. Supporting the foundational built of company Target Operating Model, introduction of customer centric, digital strategy to help the distribution channel achieve their target.
Since June 2015, Faisal is tasked with a new role of a Chief Customer Officer which is responsible to improve the overall customer experience leveraging digital and analytics
Prior to Manulife, Faisal had experience working in AIA for 10 years based in Jakarta and Hong Kong. In AIA, he held agency distribution, strategic planning, and lastly corporate transaction role for the AIA Group IPO listing in Hong Kong.
Faisal is also a social volunteer Program Karya Nyata Sosial, a community which focuses on empowerment of the underprivileged people with various development programs through Posyandu.
Faisal received a Mechanical Engineering bachelor degree University of Indonesia, and an MBA from University of Arizona.
