Edmund is the Founder and CEO of PolicyCastle, a digital platform for selling and managing personal lines insurance that enables increased service levels for customers and insurers, based on better data use.

PolicyCastle’s technology supports a smartphone-first digital broker under the PolicyCastle brand, focused on UK personal lines and in particular specialist risks, starting with specialist home insurance, and also a white label platform as a service for insurance distributors, enabling integrated pricing, fulfilment and management information in a single platform that allows smartphone-first customer interaction and significant back office cost savings.

Prior to setting up PolicyCastle, Edmund worked in investment banking for 15 years, advising on M&A transactions in the insurance, banking and asset management sectors in Europe, North America and Asia.
