Ed Leon Klinger is the CEO of Flock, a connected fleet insurance company on a mission to make the world quantifiably safer. Ed obtained a Masters in Engineering from Oxford and a second Masters in Technology Policy from Cambridge, where he published papers on the risks associated with autonomous vehicles. He was subsequently chairman of the UK insurtech board.
